The key benefit Ostarine users can expect is faster lean mass gain. This compound will stimulate the androgen receptors to promote better and faster growth of lean muscle mass.

For the best results, you should start with doses of around 10 to 20mg per day. If your tolerance is decent enough, you can increase the dose to 30mg per day. That’s as high as I’d recommend to any lady. Anything beyond that will just expose you to more risks than it will benefit you.

Each Ostarine cycle can go for around eight weeks. You can then take a 4-weeks break before you get on another cycle. Since suppression is not an issue among women users, PCT is usually not necessary.

Ostarine is very mild, and hence incidents of side effects are usually minimal. The minor cases reported include muscle pain, headaches, and nausea. Most of these issues disappear after several days, though.

  • Andarine (S4)

Like Ostarine, Andarine is another decent option for people who don’t want to take things too far. That’s because the SARM is mild in nature but still powerful enough to yield all the necessary effects.

For this particular SARM, I will suggest that you start with around 10-15mg per day and run a 6-weeks cycle. Since Andarine is not very aggressive, you can get away with upping the doses to 20-25mg per day while some crazy bodybuilders will go all the way to 30mg per day. If you’re just starting out, 10-15mg should do the trick in your first cycle. You can then readjust the dose accordingly depending on your reaction, but I wouldn’t recommend upping your initial dose with more than 10mg per day.

Andarine has been linked to several adverse reactions, including irritability, headaches, and some physical pain. In extreme cases, users may also experience yellow vision. The good news is that you shouldn’t deal with any of these issues if you use the SARM properly.

  • Ligandrol (LGD-4033)

Ligandrol is arguably the best SARM for bulking. It has been around for many years, and hence, it is also one of the most well-studied SARMs around. Therefore, while LGD-4033 is perhaps your best bet if you are looking to gain enormous lean mass in the shortest time possible, it is also a very risky choice.

Given its powerful nature, I’d recommend that you start with extremely low doses of between 4mg to 5mg per day. If you are really trying to play it safe, you can readjust the dose to every other day instead of daily. Most ladies usually get the results they are looking for at 5mg per day, and hence, it might not even be necessary to take the doses any higher than that. But should you want to increase them, you can go all the way to around 10mg per day. I’ll only advise you to go this high if you are reacting really well to the compound. Also, it’s best if you up the doses to 10mg per day from your second cycle onwards.

A typical Ligandrol cycle should last 8-weeks. Every cycle should then be followed by a break which can also be 8-weeks.

You can then increase the doses to 10mg per day for the subsequent cycles. I’ll never advocate for any lady to take more than 15mg per day of RAD-140.

Beware that at high doses, Testolone can result in adverse reactions such as aggression, headaches, and irritability. Voice deepening may also be an issue. If you experience any of these side effects and fail to shake them off, you’ll need to reduce the doses immediately, and if the problem persists then, you’ll have to stop taking the SARM altogether. Perhaps you can resort to using some of the other milder SARMs instead.

What’s the best SARMs stack for women?

The best SARMs stacks for women involve LGD-4033 and GW-501516. This powerful stack helps to improve lean muscle mass while also shredding fat. It’s, therefore, an excellent stack for most advanced bodybuilders. I wouldn’t encourage any beginners to stack these SARMs though.

A typical LGD-4033 and GW-501516 should run for six weeks taking 5mg of each for the first three weeks and 10mg per day for the next three weeks. This should then be followed by a 6-weeks break.

So, here is the rule; if you are a lady who’s never tried SARMs before then, you need not start with something powerful like Ligandrol or Testolone. Instead, try out Ostarine or Andarine depending on your specific goal. In addition to that, I’d recommend that you start with the lowest doses possible for your initial cycle. Even though most of the dosage guidelines discussed above are on a daily basis, you can also switch them to every other day should you feel like the SARMs are taking a toll on your body.
