Everything You Need To Know About Turinabol
Turinabol, also known as Oral Turinabol, is the brand name of an anabolic androgenic steroid (AAS) called Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, abbreviated as CDMT. The steroid is a derivative of dehydromethyltestosterone or metandienone. 4-Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone is also known as 4-Chloromethandienone. The oral steroid is a prescription drug in some countries, including the United Kingdom. Tbol is listed as a Schedule III drug or supplement in the United States, so it’s only available in the black market. Turinabol should not be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding or nursing women.
Introduction to Turinabol
Turinabol or Tbol is an oral steroid, unlike other androgenic anabolic steroids that need to be injected. The anabolic steroid has a half-life of sixteen hours. It is metabolized by the liver. Known for its high bioavailability, the steroid has become quite popular among bodybuilders, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. The chemical formula of the steroid is C20H27ClO2 and its molar mass is 334.88 g/mol. Weightlifters, professional bodybuilders, athletes including, sprinters and fitness enthusiasts take Turinabol due to its impressive bodybuilding benefits. The use is widespread in some countries like Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia. Many noncompeting bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts in most countries around the world take Turinabol.
History of Turinabol
The anabolic steroid was first developed by Jenapharm. The pharmaceutical company in erstwhile East Germany patented the steroid in 1961. Noted chemist Albert Stachowiak combined 4-chlorotestosterone or clostebol with metandienone to come up with the unique steroid that did not have to be injected and could disassociate the androgenic and anabolic effects of the compound taken orally. Turinabol was first tested clinically in 1965 where it produced promising results. Tbol was then used as a steroid by East German athletes in a controversial doping program. There was an official policy, albeit a secret, that compelled the athletes to take the anabolic steroids. They were told that the supplements were vitamins. Most athletes did not know exactly what they were being given and asked to consume.
The anabolic steroid was developed to cure wasting diseases wherein patients lose bone mass and strength. The performance enhancement aspect of the steroid became apparent immediately, and this led to a boom of its use among athletes who wanted better and faster gains. Turinabol was phased out in the nineties owing to the stigma associated with the use of anabolic steroids. It was never taken off the shelves due to any health risks. Today, the steroid is used as a supplement and not as a drug. The medicinal use of Turinabol stopped in the eighties.
Effects of Turinabol
Tbol or Turinabol is basically a modified version of Dianabol or Methandrostenolone combined with Clostebol or 4-chlorotestosterone. The anabolic steroid is a milder hormone compared to Dianabol, but the chemical structures are similar. Tbol works like other anabolic-androgenic steroids. It reduces water retention in the cells and hence muscle mass. It reduces bloating, thereby making the muscles look better sculpted. Tbol is used during bulking up and cutting. It is alright to use the steroid only during cutting. Some people use it during bulking up in order to prevent fat buildup and enhance vascularity. Reducing water retention to an extreme extent during bulking up is not advisable. Hence, it is best to thoroughly understand the cycle and accordingly choose a particular course and safe dosage of Turinabol.
Cycle and Dosage of Turinabol
Turinabol can help throughout the bulking and cutting phase. Bodybuilders, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts who wish to gain mass and more important lean muscles can take up to 80 milligrams of Tbol per day. It is better to start with a lower dose but one will need around 80 mg during the bulking phase. The cutting cycle requires less, around 40 mg per day. This is effective enough to burn fat and accentuate the finer details of the muscles. Females should restrict the dosage to 10mg per day. A higher dose will bring about masculine traits in women, such as manly or deeper voice, enlarged clitoris, smaller breasts, disrupted or irregular menstrual cycle, undesirable hair growth on the body and face. Women are also likely to experience aggression and may have an acne breakout.
The cycle of Turinabol is up to eight weeks. It is not necessary to stretch it to twelve weeks, even if the bulking or cutting cycle is that long or longer. Shorter cycles work well in case of higher doses. If you want to stick to the lowest dose, then you may have to choose a cycle longer than six to eight weeks. Whether you go for a high dose or a longer cycle, you should observe the effects and the side effects. There will be a time when the results would plateau, and you will not notice any more improvement. An unnecessary increase of the dosage at this stage may lead to moderate or severe side effects. This is avoidable and needless. Extract the optimum muscle gains and then let your body recover during the post cycle therapy.
The anabolic steroid increases lean muscle mass, reduces water retention, regulates weight gain, keeps a check on estrogen, and facilitates cutting. Turinabol can prevent gynecomastia, a condition that results in man boobs. You can stack Turinabol with other steroids but be careful so as to avoid any adverse interaction. Turinabol maintains an optimum level of free and available testosterone.
Side Effects of Turinabol
Turinabol is a mild anabolic steroid and that’s why it is often compared to Anavar, which is considered to be the friendliest anabolic steroid. Tbol, due to its mild nature, is deemed to be safe for women. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take this steroid. Anyone else taking medications for other conditions should also avoid Tbol. In fact, you should not take any performance enhancement substances without the advice of a physician, especially if you are already taking other prescription drugs.
There are some moderate side effects of taking Turinabol. These include suppressed testosterone production – an effect that can be remedied with PCT or a testosterone base, a slight increase in bad cholesterol along with a decrease in good cholesterol, lower sperm count and hence fertility issues, high blood pressure, a tad more stress on the liver and temporary hair loss. There may be more hair growth on the body. Acne breakouts are not uncommon. These are reported side effects but everyone will not experience the same. It is possible for you to experience none of these side effects.
Keep the dosage in check and have a predetermined cycle. Do not increase dosage abruptly and make sure you comply with the cycle. A post cycle therapy is imperative to ensure a full recovery after every steroid cycle. Many users experience issues due to a lack of post cycle therapy and this is not unique for Turinabol.
