Umbrella labs Review: Is this Your Ideal SARMS supplier?

UMBRELLA LABS: AN OVERVIEW

Are you thinking about buying SARMs? Then get ready for a bumpy ride. The SARMs market, certainly not for the faint-hearted, can be ruthless and frustrating. Fraudsters are lined up everywhere you turn, eager to cash in on your ignorance or naivete.

It’s the consequence of the fact that SARMs are unregulated, and there is no system for checking and ensuring the quality of products. Without this central oversight, you are left with only the vendors themselves whose word you have to weigh or believe.

Fortunately, some of these vendors go out of their way to provide you with enough information to make your life easy. But still, that’s no guarantee of getting the real deal. And many others, will not provide you with any information at all, leaving you to your own devices. In this article, I look at Umbrella Labs, a SARMs vendor based in the US. Who are they and should you buy from them as a reliable and trusted Sarm source?

In closing in on the answer to this question and more, I set to look at the following areas regarding the company

  • Product quality
  • Product variety
  • Customer support
  • Pricing policy
  • Shipping and returns policy
  • Money-back guarantee
  • Discounts and coupons
  • Customer review and feedback
  • Payment methods provided

Before I dive into all these, I answer the question of why even bother buying SARMs and what is the big deal about them.

What’s the purpose of SARMs?

What are Sarms, and why should you care where you buy them from? Before setting out to buy SARMs and finding out who best to buy from, you were likely prompted by questions like these. SARMs are the shorthand name for Selective Androgenic Receptor Modulators.

Each of those words in that name stands for an idea that combines to describe the nature and function of relatively new compounds that were invented in the lab. Sarms were initially developed for therapeutic applications such as the treatment of cancer, muscle wasting, and bone weakness or osteoporosis.

They are yet to be cleared for use in medicine and remain research chemicals in the US by federal law. As such, suppliers are prohibited from selling them for human consumption or personal use. They are sold mainly to research institutes and labs that are involved in a scientific study into their nature and use.

Despite the intention to confine them to research, SARMs have gained the interest of people in the sporting and bodybuilding areas. This is because they are excellent substitutes for steroids and prohormones, substances that were used for physical and performance enhancement. These compounds were incredibly powerful in producing phenomenal results, but they also had terrible side effects such as

  • Liver damage
  • Acne
  • Men’s boobs or enlarged breasts in men
  • Testicular shrinking in men
  • Growth of beard and facial hair in women

Sarms provided a solution to all these because they could achieve the benefits of steroids but minus the side effects. Sarms compounds can only target specific parts of your body hence the name selective. These are mainly the bones and muscles, leading to more bone density and bigger and stronger muscle.

Product quality

This is certainly the greatest concern of SARMS buyers, and in a nutshell, it answers the question, can the product do for me what it claims to do safely and reliably?

Umbrella Labs has no hesitation in saying yes. According to it, all its products are taken through an in-house testing process, which ensures that their average purity levels peaks at 99%. They also do third-party testing and publish the results on their website, which they urge buyers to visit and study as they keep doing updates.

Umbrella Labs makes the point that their SARMs products are not alcohol-based but are based on glycol. That may be gratifying to those who want nothing to do with alcohol in their bodies.

Product variety

Umbrella Labs offers a wide assortment of Sarms, peptides, and nootropics in their inventory. The SARMs line of products comes in the form of liquid, all contained in 30 ml dropper bottles. There are no SARM products in powder form although at the time of checking their site the company has promised that they plan to introduce them soon into their inventory. The Sarms products feature all the major and popular types that most Sarms users seek.

Website quality

Frankly, the company’s website isn’t anything to write home about. It’s a bad professional botch job. Even though they make a fair job of carrying comprehensive information on the site, including FAQs and fairly knowledgeable educational blog, the site is wanting in quality.

Shipping

The vendor claims that your order will ship within 2 or 4 days after your order has been made and confirmed. You will be informed of your order confirmation through email. This will be sent to the email address you submitted so if you don’t see it there, look into your junk or spam folder. Your email notification will also come with a tracking code that you will use to trace the movement of your package as it is being shipped.

Shipping is provided for free but only for US-based buyers. This is categorized as a value-added service by the company.

What shipping options does the company offer?

  • The main one is USPS priority mail for which you enjoy tracking and insurance. This option will give you a waiting time of 3 to 4 days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express is another option that carries additional charges to the customer. Delivery times can last from 1 to 2 days for US buyers
  • International buyers can opt for DHL and FedEx in place of USPS.

To avoid unwarranted scrutiny or undue attention to the product, the company uses discreet packaging that consists of ordinary boxes or mailer pouches. The markings are also are standard and indistinguishable in style from other mail.

Pricing

The company’s prices are reasonably fair since they fall within the range of the average market prices. For example, Ligandrol which comes in a 30 ml dropper bottle and boasts a concentration level of 20 mg per ml, goes for $69.99, which puts in the same ballpark as the prices of other major vendors.

Returns

The company says it has no policy of refunding money. Laughably they also add that if you want to return your product, you are free to do so, but you won’t get a refund! That is their way of telling the buyers to keep the product since no sane buyer would return the product at his own shipping expense while knowing there is no refund.

The company insists that this no refund policy is in place to deter customers who are not serious. In fairness to customers, however, there are dozens of scenarios where a customer rightly deserves to be refunded without having to be branded as not being serious.

Pros

  • Products are tested, and third-party lab tests are posted on the site
  • Mostly positive customer reviews

Cons

  • Poorly designed website
  • No refund and return policy

Conclusion of Umbrella Labs

Umbrella Labs is a US SARMs vendor with a significant presence in the market. They tout themselves as a supplier of choice of the highest quality products that remain consistent. I like it that they go to meticulous lengths to test their products both in house and using external experts. It is also refreshing that they publish the results on their site for users to see for themselves. This is a vote for transparency and openness, which is not always forthcoming from other vendors.  The company also has remarkable support staff as well as a good variety of products that also includes peptides and nootropics.

Ultimately, however, it is in the little things that a company can fail especially in a competitive market where your rivals are watching you and providing what you are depriving your customers. The company has a poorly done site. This by itself may not be a fatal thing if the company redeems itself in other aspects. However, Umbrella Labs also has a poor returns policy at precisely the same time other vendors are much more accommodating. For this reason, I can’t recommend Umbrella Labs as your best Sarms vendor since there are better alternatives.
